Can you still get a job as a svp with all the salesforce certifications superbadges and ranger status, what if you can show relative job skills that apply to the job do you know if you can get the job???
I feel like if you show what you can do you and gain valuable experience through trailhead and get all the education in trail head and have jobs skills you can still get a job regardless of a bs what are your thoughts for a mvp some only require a bs some don’t require a degree at all!!!
Could I still get a svp position if I show what I can do and have valuable years of experience and all the salesforce trailhead education certifications, superbadges ranger status???
I thought salesforce education matter more like trailhead, so even if I got all the super badges certifications in the world could I still apply for a salesforce svp job do you know without it, and I had 15 years of experience and showed what I can do???
I feel like if you show what you can do and have the skills to do the show what you can do and have the skills or experience to do the job effectively you can still get the job regardless of a bs degree, I feel like trailhead education getting all of is way more valuable and impressive what are your thoughts on this???
In a perfect world yes. More realistically you may never get the opportunity to show your skills as other people with similar qualifications + a BS will get the shot instead. But in industries like Salesforce it’s less true since there is a shortage of developers.
So sorry if this sounds repetitive question if a lot of salesforce svp positions don’t have a bs requirement but one dose I want the most software engineering could I still get the svp software engineering without a bs if I can demonstrate skill and get the 10 plus years of experience in the salesforce ecosystem
Google or Apple positions don’t even require degrees, there are strong developers without degrees I beat!!!

True but many people that high up have MBAs. Education may be more important at those levels actually
