Hey hope your well, I found a Udemy course of how to become a salesforce manager, is that valuable to salesforce recruiters would you say or is all the trail head learning even more valuable then that. I was also wondering if trailhead had any badges or superbadges for lead sales managers or salesforce managers if that the path I wanting to pursue, very appreciative of you thanks so much from the bottom of my heart you very aspiring to me!!!
I’m currently having my brain melted trying to wrap my head around access. I’ve been through the trailheads and I’m spending extra time trying to understand the information so it fits together easily instead of dropping all the pieces whenever I try to imagine how they work together.
Information dumps are counter productive because you miss out on the mental hoops you go through to learn how to critically think. I remember a video you did where you talked about interviewing people, and the difference between interview questions and actually working out a problem with them. This makes me think of that.
I’ve only been following your page for the last month david, but thank you, thank you, thank you. You rock, there is so much information to cover in salesforce, but your website genuinely helps keep me going.
I would be lying if I didn’t tell you that after reading your blog and watching your YouTube video that I am ANGRY, I just passed my Salesforce Admin Certification after 2 failed attempts. Not once did I ever consider using dumps of exam questions. Looking back at the countless times my wife came into the home office and asked me “Are you coming to bed?”…the countless times I was looking at an article in Salesforce Help and then going into an org and trying to replicate what I just read and try to Master it…and the constant juggling of my schedule over the past 6 months to try and figure out when I had time to study something I dream about doing…I just don’t get it. I may not be the best test taker, but put me in an org and ask me to do some fundamental Salesforce tasks today…that I can do!
BS
Your gonna respond back to my question???
not with that attitude…
plenty on facebook, mostly lazy people. I think SF is trying to curb that through Einstein!
